






So here's the recipe for all those people who want to try it..... YUM!!!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Buckwheat groats
2 cups Rolled Oats
1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon
Vita soy original
Method:
Soak buckwheat groats in water over night.
In the morning strain, rinse and drain.
In a pot boil 2 cups water.
In a bowl mix rolled oats, cinnamon and buckwheat groats together and add vita soy until the mixture is creamy.
Add oat mixture to the boiling water and boil for 2 minutes.
Serve with runny honey or brown sugar on top.
Buckwheat groats sounds very healthy and so many health benefits. I really want to try incorporating it in my diet.Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.
